I was able to create my game res this week after making changes to my sculpt. I was able to fix my wings from looking like a comb as well add additional details. My final polycount ended up being 14k and I could go lower if I optimized my wings more. I still need to do my UVs, but I did a test bake with auto UVs to see how things turn out. I will use the bake as a guide to help with handpainting.

Sprint #4 Delivery, Asset/Feature Complete
This week I worked on three more assets in the factory, it's the ceiling, the wall and the floor. There is not a clear concept in the Metroid art book, so according to my project lead, I have to make some improvise. I also looked up references from other factory environments as references and I was satisfied with what I have made.

Module 2 - Week 04 Proxy Mesh and Start High Resolution Meshing Part 1
This week I chose this nerf gun as my reference, I took pictures from all angles so I could have a better understand of the shape. I modeled the proxy in Maya and render in Arnold, I used a area light, a point light, a sky dome light and the infinity wall when rendering.
